How I Help

Individual Therapy

Every story deserves space to be understood. My role isn’t to rewrite yours, but to help you make sense of what you’re carrying and decide what comes next.

Our work is grounded in grace, honesty, respect, and collaboration - with care shaped around who you are, what you’re navigating, and where you hope to grow.

Depression • Anxiety • Grief • Life Transitions‍ • Interpersonal

Group Therapy

There is a different kind of healing that happens when you realize you’re not navigating life alone,

Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with people who understand, show up honestly, and grow together. Each group is thoughtfully structured around shared experiences and meaningful connection.

Rooted & Rising • Steady Ground • Fresh Start • Winter to Spring

Logging on for a first session is its own quiet act of courage. I don’t take that lightly.

The first hour is a conversation, not an interrogation. We’ll talk through what brought you here, the history behind it, and what a meaningful life actually looks like to you. By the end, we’ll begin shaping a plan built around your goals- not a generic template. You’ll leave not with homework, but with the sense that someone finally sees the fuller picture.

Every session after that is where the real work happens - steady, honest, and paced to your life, not against it.
