Meet Fedoria
I believe healing begins the moment someone finally feels seen.
I believe healing begins in a quiet moment: the moment someone finally feels seen.
Growing up in South Greensboro, North Carlolina, I saw early on what can happen when people don’t have the language, support, or space to talk about what they’re carring.
As a first generation college student, I also learned what it feel likes to enter unfamiliar spaces without a roadmap and figuring things out as you go.
Those experiences shaped the therapist I became - and my commitment to creating the kind of space where people feel understood, supported, and seen.
The short version of a long journey
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications-Journalism from Winston-Salem State University and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration in Behavioral Medicine from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor-Supervisor and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate.
For more than a decade, my work has spanned vocational rehabilitation, community mental health, schools, hospital systems, crisis stabilization and clinical quality- experiences that continue to shape my whole-person approach, not just the issue that brought you to therapy.
If you’re young and quietly unraveling… I see you.
You can appear to have it all together and still feel overwhelmed underneath- school, career, relationships, family expectations, the sense that everyone else is already ahead. If you’re the first in your family navigating any of these things, that weight can feel even heavier.
You don’t have to perform wellness here. You can simply show up as you are.
My approach is simple: I meet you where you are, not where you think you’re supposed to be. Our work is grounded in grace, honesty, respect, and collaboration.
My hope is that you’ll leave with a better understanding of yourself, tools for what life brings, and the confidence to build a life that feels like you own- clearer, steadier, and ready for what’s to come.

Away from the therapist’s chair, I’m a mom first. You’ll find me hunting for the next great brunch spot, picking out new decor for a room, attending a baskball game with my son, or fully absorbed in a suspense or true crime series. I believe a full life is how we show up whole for the people we serve and I practice what I offer.
