Rhema Spring Counseling is in-network with Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC, and United Healthcare (Optum).
If you carry one of these plans, individual therapy may be available to you at little to no out-of-pocket cost, depending on your specific benefits.
Private Pay
For those who prefer to work outside of insurance—for reasons of privacy, flexibility, or simply wanting a diagnosis and treatment plan shaped entirely by you and your therapist, not an outside payer—private pay remains available at the rates above.
- A superbill is available upon request for eligible services, should you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider.
- In keeping with our commitment to transparency, every private pay client receives a Good Faith Estimate before care begins, so you always know, clearly and in advance, what this journey costs.
